Accepted a BO position at a BB... DID I MAKE A MISTAKE?

Greetings All,

I'm currently a senior at a non-target and just accepted a full-time back office position at a top BB. I interned with the same group this summer, and enjoyed working with everyone. But the work was very very boring. I was advised by numerous people to accept the offer and work my ass off to move internally. That's what I plan to do, but I'm starting to feel as if I settled instead of applying for better positions elsewhere.

What my fellow monkeys think?

Realistically, you would have probably struggled to get a better gig any way. Leverage the experience and start applying externally in about 6-12 months. Internal movement will be hard if it is a BB.
