My guess would be that the accounting class is all about the accounting methods of how to report different items on financial statements. The analysis class might be centered around how to assess liquidity, solvency, profitability, etc. from the financial statements.
On a side note: to be able to do a thorough "financial statement analysis", "financial accounting" will be mandatory.

Financial Accounting is everything that involves making the data. Financial Statement Analysis involves using that data to make decisions, judgements, or assessments.

I do believe financial accounting is an intro class. Hence, you will have to take it before financial statement analysis.
