Accounts Receivable Securitization & Valuation

Hi,

I need your insight around accounts receivable valuation. In the context of an envisaged securitization, I need to determine the fair value of the receivables' portfolio to be securitized/ transfer to the SPV.

Could you please share with me any manual, instructions, model, etc. that you may have in mind and could be helpful for my exercise. Never have done such an exercise before.
