With most IBs now requiring VI's I'm interested to know the best way to approach them. I often find them more difficult than normal interviews as there's nobody on the other end to build rapport with.
Is it good to be super professional or is it better to act more casual?
How much of the allotted time should you be using if you get e.g. 2-3 minutes?
