Quick question guys,
Suppose I pay a 20% premium to acquire a company. Is the price I will pay fixed or does it fluctuate with the target's stock price? In other words, if A is acquiring B for $12 (B is trading at $10) and B's stock shoots up to $11, will A now pay $13.20? Or will it still pay $12?
