Advice

Hello,

I am currently a retail Sr. Banker and have been for about 2.5 years but I have a strong interest for IB. I must finish my degree at with current company in order for them to pay for it.

I am looking for advice on what steps I can take as well as what certifications I should take now to stand out. Due to the college thing, I am a bit limited as far as internships and clubs hence why I stayed in retail banking.

I am more than happy to share my resume and listen to any advice on what to do.
