Just wanted to clear up something about SA/FT recruiting. If you are in the Class of 2012 looking for a FT IBD job and don't have one by now, the odds are against you by a long shot at this point.
Class of 2013 and beyond, take this as a lesson that if you want to get into IBD, start networking/pushing through NOW to get your dream internship and hopefully an offer after that. Waiting until a year from now to look for FT jobs will be dangerous since banks, if possible, like to avoid FT recruiting as much as possible. The recruiting environment for SA's this Spring will be fine, and your chances at getting a position through this cycle are infinitely better than if you wait.
In short, if you want it, act now while the odds are in your favor.
