Advice for Early Career Pivot into HC LMM

Hey everyone! I’m 1 year out of school, non-target + non-finance major. I’m currently an analyst at a non-finance healthcare consulting firm (ops/strategy w some light financial/market sizing work). I’ve started self-studying accounting fundamentals + WallStreetPrep Premium Modeling. Goal is to lateral into a healthcare-focused LMM IB seat within the next 6-12 months. What’s the best way to approach HC LMM boutiques, and is there anything else I should do to prepare technically prior to reaching out to people in firms?
