Advice for Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Global Banking Training, London
Hey guys, I have the chance to do an summer internship program at Global Banking Training, London.
It's an 8 week program, 4 weeks training and 4 weeks internship at an M&A firm in London. It's basically structured so as to train us on the aspects of Investment Banking and then use that for internship in the later part of the program, the cost that they charge for 8 week program is about 7000 British Pounds.
I am currently an undergrad engineering student in my pre-final year at a top tier college in India and looking for internship opportunities in Finance sector.
Have any of you heard about this or have done this program, personally I think that the cost of 7000 British Pounds is too much, what are your thoughts? Thanks.

Sounds like a scam !
it's a scam... Seems like only the international Chinese kids get caught in these. Do not pay for work. If the "shop" is well-known as a scam, IB analysts will automatically toss out your resume.
