Advice on moving from I.B in the U.S to high Finance or Real Estate in Europe

I am finishing up my first year as an analyst at a top BB in NYC in DCM that has a presence in several European countries. I am lucky enough to have a U.S passport and U.K passport so I want to take advantage of being able to work in Europe and figure out how to move from working in NYC to making the jump to London, Frankfurt, Paris, Zurich, etc.

I have spoken with my MD (he adores me and is a total bro) and he has helped me speak with the DCM and other relevant teams in London about making the move but internal mobility at my BB is unlikely.
