I've read very useful information on this website so far. Its my first time posting, and I was just wondering if anyone had some good advice for sophomores from a non-target. Any advice from books to read, to what I should do over the summers, to majors/minors. Thanks guys!

Well I would like to go into Investment Banking to start.
what school? some nontargets are non targets and some others are "nowaytargets"
Ex: My school is classified as a nontarget, but ML, GS, MS, and Citi always take 2-3 people each year for various front office roles. Funny thing is I bet if I mentioned the school no one would know what it is lol
