Advisory Side Gig

Hello, I'm a recent grad. Honestly by being a regular customer and being cool with the bosses I've had the opportunity to work with 2 small local businesses to provide some advice/organize financials/streamline operations/help one secure a loan. Small as in like maybe ~$0.5mm Rev but idc this is super cool in my opinion. Unexperienced as hell I've had maybe ~1 year of total relevant internship experience, finalist in a few consulting competitions, geek over niche finance things from to time, read a lot of news and watch a lot of this one youtuber named Analyzing Finance with Nick, so pay is very negotiable. My current bosses don't know since I was asked like last week but I can reasonably be certain they would think its cool and be fine with it. Figured if I do a good job I might get referrals idk. But this is completely new to me and idek how I go about the process of how to do any of it but I'm fired up to learn. Was wondering if anyone has done something similar and could provide experience?
