It's going to be an extremely active A&D market in the coming months/years. Can you PM which group you will be interviewing with?

SHORTmyCDOI have a lateral interview for an A&D group and was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of some industry primers or materials? I know nothing about the space and need to get up to speed quickly. Also, what's a good reason for why A&D?

Teal Group has some good stuff out there but you have to pay for a subscription. Also, if you have access to S&P Industry Reports they have an A&D report that comes out every January and July. You may want to check out this website too http://www.defensenews.com/

If you can, try to get your hands on a Bloomberg A&D report. They're pretty succinct but give you a good idea of what M&A activity to expect in the space.

Just make sure you memorize the acronym "C4ISR", and if you want to really knock their socks off you can bust out the lesser used "C5ISR".
