Just wondering does anybody know of any boutiques in the US that are focused on agri business?
Would be looking at firms interested in smaller transactions ranging from 10-50m (I know small).
Alternatively any boutiques in the south that would look at smaller transactions would be good.

All I can say is that grain elevator transactions are easy. The acquirer basically only cares about capacity, condition, age, and location. You don't really need any models or a CIM for it.
Not really -- but there is a large business revolving around agricultural markets that's for sure. Cargill is huge in the aggs phys and derivatives biz.
