All associates getting same base salary?
Any associates out there are getting same base salary be it associate 1 or 2 or 3?
Is this common on the street?..

I know a regional office of a middle market bank that has a flat base model like described. Definitely more common at regional banks

Centerview is at 300k across all Associate years.
Nah - 175, 200, 225
More common in MM. Baird is flat $200k for all associates. Stephens is flat $185k.
I think Blair and Lincoln have the more traditional $175k, $200k, $225k progression
