This is lame AF. EVERY VDR now requires a new password every couple weeks, some insane specification (4 special characters, not above 12 characters, but not below 9, can't be a word in the dictionary), and now they are all requiring 2 factor authentication EVERY time I log in with a unique app I need to download. Some even make me sign a waiver every time I log in as well.
I hate going to VDRs, I'm not doing this for fun. Can you just let the log in process not make me want to kill my self?
I do every thing possible to not even go into VDRs. With all these new security checks and the number of new VDR companies all doing the same thing, I can't remember which password is to what.....
This isn't even worth the hot girl from the VDR provider pretending to flirt with me and taking me to a nice steak lunch for business.
Mine is saved in Dashlane free version so it automatically makes a new password, replaces the one one, and remembers it. Highly recommend and no download required.

I hear you bruh. Even worse when your MD makes you manually screenshot each slide of every deck so you can paste into a new ppt to send to client directly unencrypted

Having major issues with less tech savvy folks on buyer and diligence teams (usually more senior guys) struggling with updating their password or setting up the 2 factor. Definitely annoying.
