Hi guys,
Quick tech question. If A acquires B in an all-stock deal should the premium be higher or lower than in a cash deal? Because B will receive a stake in the combined firm B will presumably participate in synergies as and when they occur? So the synergies will not need to all be paid up front, as in an all cash deal... Comments?
