Alpine analyst is 220k (110 base, 110 bonus) as an Analyst and scales to (200 base + 100 bonus + carry) as an Aso. It’s not a trad PE shop since they operate in pods but good place to start ur career if you know you want to work in PE longer term. I have friends at KKR/Bain Cap/H&F who left at Aso to smaller funds because promotion visibility is horrible, but my friends at Alpine do not have that problem.
