Am I screwed ?

I don't know why but I was dumbass when filling out my application. Seriously, sorry if this angers you. I submitted my resume with a 3.51 GPA when my GPA was actually 3.49. When they do a background check, am I screwed? I have a super day coming soon? I'll never do this again. Just did it for this application for some stupid reason. Should I email HR and tell her/him? Also, my school has busines school and College of Arts and Science (CAS). You have two different transcripts: one for CAS and another one for business school. I combined my GPA for both business school and CAS and said that's my GPA for the college as a whole. I also included my business school GPA because it's higher than my combined GPA (i.e Cumulative College GPA: --- & Business School GPA: ---). Is this a lie too? Thank you for any advice and sorry again.

Yeah, what you should do is be honest about both what G.P.A you got in business school and what you got in CAS. Why would you average both of them together when you have to put both of those schools down on your resume/CV? Yes, it's a lie. I would reapply an updated resume/CV and say, "I'm sorry, I sent you a wrong rough draft". No one likes liars in the finance field.
