American deals

In doing a UK M&A bulge-bracket interview, is it acceptable to talk about a deal done by the bank involving American companies not listed in any UK or European exchange (such as a reverse merger involving a SPAC listed on New York Stock exchange and not London Exchange)? That is, the deal was done by that BB but by its bankers who are based in America & not London
