A number of our analysts will be promoted to associates this year and I wanted to know what the typical middle-market analyst-associate promotion bonus is in 2013. I would appreciate any data points from people that know or analysts who just got promoted. Data from past years would be appreciated as well if available.

We don't do signing bonus, just salary bump which used to be 20k and now seems a bit up in the air and closer to 10k. Obviously bump in bonus too.
