It’s been my first week at a top tier RX firm as an A1 analyst. Everyone has been super friendly bar this one analyst who joined 6 months ago. He/she has been making lots of snarky remarks, undermining me when possible and just generally being a bit shady. Any advice on how to deal with this situation?
