Anyone have any sort of insight into this Michigan-based firm? Things like comp at the associate level, wlb, etc. would be helpful

Comp is below market, hours aren't quite as bad, they take on some hairy deals, but have a decent track record in auto and industrials.
For sure expecting below market comp, but any idea what base/bonus looks like?
An1 base was 80k in 2021
