Shame on you Evercore - SA 28

As the head of education for a target school feeder club, I am so disappointed about the leaked interview questions for summer 28.

We spent two years voluntarily prepping kids and secure the first batch of R1 for Generalist NY and Rx for summer 28. It turned out other kids who paid $50K for agency receive leaked interview questions ahead. Based on my knowledge, it has been the case for more than three years. What you guys did is just internally condemn this agency without taking any serious action.

I know a lot Evercore bankers are on this forum. Here are my questions and at least I hope some of you can channel back to whoever leading recruiting effort:

  1. Why recycle technical for Rx and NYC Generalist?

I heard similar things happen for Houston, Menlo Park, and PCA as well.

  2. Who are the moles? - These are not past-cycle questions.

They are LIVE questions from current cycle. Have the recruiting team / head of recruiting at least spent effort identifying the sources of leak?

  3. Why there are no legal actions against this behavior?

It is different from frat biggie leaking question to small, in terms of nature and scale. It is a for-profit behavior circulating to a wide range of schools and students (500+ students per year? - that is what I heard)

Evercore, you should really rethink about your talent pipeline and integrity within your own team. Or it will be just a summer program for whoever those willing to pay $50K to get in and later find out your summer hires all shit in their beds during summer internship
