Any advice for physical burnout?

Been seeing a lot of posts about burnout in IB/PE lately. Went through the same thing my analyst/associate years - was basically running on caffeine and spite. Finally figured out some quick wins that helped me stay sharp during those 80+ hour weeks without adding more time to my day. Made a real difference in my performance reviews and how I showed up in front of MDs. Anyone else found stuff that actually works in this industry?
