Any advice on resignation and notice?

I’m a 1st year analyst at a BB (started July 2024) and have just not been fulfilled in this role.

Does anyone have advice on navigating notice period / resignation / advice you wish you knew before leaving? Even my 401k match rules I need to figure out those policies. Any advice appreciated!

As of now I don’t have binding offer and would obviously not resign until that happens, in final stages of interviews so something on my mind to think about lol
