Yes got my most recent from them for mid $400s including alterations. Still super high quality. Looked at Mens Wearhouse as well but imo they are dropping the ball recently… everything fits horribly and noticeably lower quality. Indochino I’ve heard very good things about- 100% custom measured, pick your own fabric/colors, and not crazy expensive. Takes 6 weeks for them to make though so might not be the best option if you’re starting soon.

Ideally yes, but if you can’t afford two right now don’t worry about it. Nobody wears suits that much anymore. If you can swing it then yea go for it!
