Any Sr. bankers who started their own advisory shops
Would appreciate the input of any former bankers (if any) who ventured off and started their own boutique sell/buy-side advisory shop.
If so, would love to hear your input how you went about it / compensation / how big is staff / deal flow / coverage vs product.
Also, is the trade off from being a W2 (employee) banker at a MM/BB to being a banker but also owner of your shop worth it?
