Are there any tech coverage IB or M&A groups (EB/BB) hiring lateral ANL1s/2s right now? Are there generalist groups hiring at the ANL level at some of the EBs?
Any tips too how how to lateral efficiently/effectively (avoiding burning bridges) / has anyone found success? Did you have to do anything special?

Deal flow is shitty compared to 2021 but the MM bank I'm interning at is slammed rn. Sure its not >1B deals but M&A is still happening.
Also in a MM TMT group, 100% second this. Even with most of being pitching, there’s still a lot of work. Almost no M&A in my group tho
