Any Tips on Getting into Entry-Level Positions with only work experience abroad?

Hello, I am a senior student at a target school, trying to get into Corp Finance, but only have work experience from my home country in Korea. How difficult would it be for me to find entry-level work at MM or boutique IBs in the States given that the companies I've worked for are not-known here? What could I do to improve my chances?

Also, a bigger personal concern of mine is the fact that I have to attend college for 4.5 years to get my OPT back (because I took a gap semester due to health issues, all good now). How are employers going to feel about this on my transcript?

First post on WSO so sorry if it's too lengthy. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank You
