Any update on RBC pAY
still 95k for analysts anyone hear anything any updates or plans to increase etc. also would appreciate if anyone knew any perks (I just know of $25 meals a day and paid uber home)

Can confirm the Analyst numbers - not sure on Associate, but that is last I heard (EDITED based on comment from VP below - AKA send the +SBs that way).

RBC is also continuing to push the Jan 31 return to office date
I would not be surprised if they lose a handful of Associates after this. They are probably fine at the Analyst level until August.
Is this in cad or usd? What's the bonus target for each level?
USD - Not sure on Bonuses - Think it ranges from 75%-100% - Analyst have not had bonuses on most recent updated comp yet
Can any RBC associate 1s confirm they just bumped up to 200K base as newly minted associate 2s?
This is confirmed. Have spoken with all the associates within our group. New structure is 175/200/225. It’s already been 170/195/220 since late last year, the small $5K bump just occurred this month. Was retroactive back to Nov 2021.

It’s live as of 2 weeks ago. Analysts received an email from HR indicating the change. You’ll probably receive notification from HR at some point before you start.
Wonder how fast they’ll change to $110k

What were the AS0/1 bonuses?
Bonuses were mixed depending on the group. Analysts were paid well. Associates either got paid lights out or peanuts.
