Any ways to renegotiate comp as an incoming analyst?
Accepted a full time offer after my SA stint at a middle market M&A group. Offer was around 95 base with no signing bonus.
Now I’m hearing from new first years (hired this spring) that starting comp for them is 115 with a signing bonus of 15.
Is there anything I can even do about this?
Bring it up with your manager/ contact. Ask for advice on what you should do to bring your comp on par with newer hires.
