Anybody hear back from RBC TI?

Title -- I had my TI with RBC for global investment banking (summer analyst, not from spring week) about 3 weeks ago and wondering if the process has moved forward. I'm sure it has, but haven't gotten much of a sense of timelines and would lovet o know

Based on previous WSO threads, here's what you need to know:

  • RBC Summer 2021: There was a post on October 29, 2019, mentioning that RBC had just posted applications for the summer of 2021. This indicates that RBC's recruitment process can be quite early and competitive.
  • Recruitment Timelines: It's noted that by the time an application is made public, recruitment is often well underway or nearly complete. This suggests that if you haven't heard back within a few weeks, it might be a good idea to follow up or consider other opportunities.
  • General Advice: Recruitment timelines can vary significantly, and sometimes even within HR, there can be confusion due to the competitive nature of the process. It's always a good idea to stay proactive and keep networking.

If you haven't heard back yet, it might be beneficial to reach out to HR or your contacts within RBC to get an update on your application status.
