Anyone else have to frequently get up to use the bathroom?

I don't work in IB but my manager runs my team like the Navy so might as well post here.

I frequently have to get up to pee. Like at least once every two hours, maybe even once an hour if I drink a diuretic like coffee. My co-workers are starting to notice and make jokes about it... and obviously something like this can be used against me if I piss them off. Should I just become better at holding it in?

I would be lying if I said these bathroom breaks didn't clear my head though lol

I know a kid through a mutual friend that has piss bottles in his college dorm room. he lost the key to the bathroom (school requires id card for building, and separate key to bathroom). One day we see the piss bottles, and it’s so much you wouldn’t believe it. Buddy had around 10-15 poland spring water bottles filled with his piss. roomate had to move out it was so disgusting. he never bothered to ask for another bathroom key, and i assume he enjoys his piss bottle collection. probably taste as good as an IPA beer anyway.

Go piss bottle collection!

I, along with the people that sit next to me, probably get up to go to the bathroom/grab water every hour. I think it's normal if you're drinking a good amount of water/liquid. At the end of the day, being hydrated really helps your energy levels with the long hours and also helps keep you from snacking. I wouldn't look too much into it
