Anyone else lose track of time working in these jobs?

I graduated in 2022 and have been working in IB ever since. I’m on vacation right now and can’t really believe I’ll be turning 27 next year. I feel like this job where I work literally all day and night has robbed me of any sense of time. I really can’t believe how quickly the past 3 years flown by and I really don’t have anything to show for it other than a larger bank balance. Anyone else feel the same? I’m definitely trending towards a quarter life crisis pretty soon here - have been thinking about quitting and taking a full year off.
