My group has suffered so much attrition in the past 2 years and it seems now that I’m done working by 8-10pm on average. Anyone else sensing a shift in how banks are approaching hours? Is it just my group?

Hours are still bad, but wfh is super flexible at my group. We're only in office 3 days a week, and even for the days we're in office, we're allowed to leave after 6 pm or so and finish up at home. Helps out morale a lot.
There’s definitely something to be said about leaving the office early. I hope this part of WFH sticks!

I'm at ubs and my hours improved a lot(2021 was hell). I think its because our bank deal flow is reverting back to trash
I think that’ll be happening at most places
I think it's because of workflow, there are days where I literally have like one tasks and then do nothing lol
