My experience with CISIVE seemed super surface-level since it was done within 24 hours. Then again, I didn't have a possible GPA discrepancy as you did–at my school, we are warned if we don't accurately represent whether the GPA is major is cumulative, those are very much grounds for an offer to be rescinded. Good luck.
On my resume it clearly states Major GPA
the issue is on the form I used the same number (I now know they probably wanted cumulative)
