Anyone have insight on Kirk Lovegrove & Co? (reputation, culture, WLB, exits, etc.)

Saw them pop up on a 2025 Q1 league table in another WSO post earlier today and was honestly shocked — #48 globally, just behind DC Advisory at #47.

#47: DC Advisory – $5,499.4m
#48: Kirk Lovegrove & Co. – $5,456.5m

Pretty wild considering how under-the-radar they seem. Their LinkedIn only shows around 10 employees, but I’d guess the actual headcount is at least double that, probably one of those senior-heavy shops like Robey Warshaw where no one’s really online.

I know they’re energy focused, but how do they compare to other energy groups like RBC’s PU&I, Jefferies, or Evercore?

Would be interested to know if they’re a bit of a hidden gem. Anyone got any colour?
