Curious to hear if any analyst/associates used their IB money to buy real estate?
Know people making almost passive returns from Airbnb by hiring a manager (they take 20-25%) who takes care of bookings, complaints, and anything in between the guest and the property. If done properly, the 80% you keep from Airbnb can be higher than what you’d get by renting out the property the normal way (which might require more active mgmt).
