Anyone willing to help w Linkedin??

So I'm attempting to find some alumni in the industry on Linkedin and I've found some profiles that might be helpful, however, I can't view the names for reasons unknown to me (I think it has something to do with me not being connected enough).

One way to circumvent this problem is to google/bing some of the profile information and the search engine will pull up their public profile, which includes their name, however, this only works about 50% of the time. Unfortunately, the profiles that I'm trying to ID aren't coming up on google.

I was thinking that someone on here who has a lot of connections might be allowed to view their names just by viewing their page. This might not work, but it's worth a shot.

Thanks in advance to anyone who is willing to help me out.

Hey man everyone has this problem. Very easy to get around.

Essentially google their exact details that they list in their profile. So if John D. at BB VP. Then search the exact term in google and typically the first or second entry will list their profile.

Then use mailtester.com and try to guess/see their email address. Some do not allow confirmation of email addresses but there are several threads here on WSO about what type of format banks use.

I've been doing this and it works about 50% of the time, however there are quite a few times that their name does not come up when you google the details of their profiles.

Worked 100% of the time for the last 8 months. Try harder.

Seriously, no need to be a dick. In my original post I already explained that I've been doing this and you proceeded to tell me to do exactly what I said that I had been doing. Ive tried every possible phrase/word combination in google to figure out some of these names and they simply don't come up.
