Anyone working like 30 weeks rn?
I think just combination of market environment and the fact that it’s summer but just wanted to check if anyone else is experiencing this? I’m an AN2 doing on average like 30 hours past 3 weeks
While there is a happy medium, you have no idea how envious I am. On two sellsides and haven’t worked under 90 in a week since March. Starting to look to lateral this is insane but I know my firm won’t hire more bodies because they anticipate a slowdown
Work wise it's been ~35-40 hours but my MD just keeps us in the office looking at each other when there's no work until 8-9pm earliest. These losers are so toxic

The problem is, people won't fight back. The fact that your MD just keeps you in the office when there's no work to do "cuz IB" is fucking insanity.
