Apartment Available for Incoming Analyst Starting July 2011

If anyone is still looking for housing for the coming year please read on. I am going into my second year as and IB analyst and I currently stay in a two bedroom apartment and would like to find a roommate to sublet the second (larger) bedroom to. The apartment is located on the UES and is convenient to the 4/5/6 line. I myself work in midtown and it is a 6 minute train ride to Grand Central. Besides the bedroom you will have two large closets and access to a small , full kitchen, nice size bathroom and living room area. The building is a walk-up but the apartment is on the second level. The apartment is clean the management company is friendly and I haven't had any complaints while living in the complex. My roommate is moving out to live with their boyfriend and this why I am trying to fill the space.

I am asking $1250/month. This includes all utilities + wifi + A/C (if you install one) + bi-weekly cleaning service for the entire apartment.
