Applied to Boutiques and MM IBs
So I applied to a couple boutiques and MM IBs two weeks ago and haven't heard back from any. (On-campus recruiting)
What should be my next step?

Should I assume I was rejected?
Did you send a thank you letter/email? If so, have you followed-up since? That would be the obvious first step.
What should I thank them for? I just turned in my resume and cover letter...
My mistake, reading failure. I would try and follow up. Contact your OCR people and inquire as to the status. Generally, there are dates. So, the deadlines have passed, then you probably weren't selected. If they haven't, then you still have a shot.
Alternatively, try and network with someone else at the firm.
Thanks for the input! Appreciate it.
Are you sure they are even still recruiting? Most banks are completely done.
Well, that's what they say.
A bunch of them are still recruiting in NYC and Boston.
Some MM and small boutiques will recruit off-season, to some extent. Generally, they are picking up those that didn't get BB offers and didn't get their name in the mix in time for BB recruiting.
