I was recently applying for a summer analyst position, but submitted for the full time analyst position by mistake. The application portal doesn't allow withdraw. I submitted another application for SA, but now I am worried the mistaken one would ruin my application in the eye of HR. Should I contact human resource to explain and withdraw my application? Or should I leave it as it is?
