Apply online after getting resume passed on?
I spoke with an employee at a bank who said he would forward my resume to HR. Should I still go ahead and apply online or is that unnecessary?

Just saying this because an alum already passed my resume to HR a little bit ago but just told me this recently. If they look at my resume and see that I didnt apply online yet will it screw me or do i have until the deadline to formally apply?
Most likely you have until the deadline to apply, but you should apply online asap.
