Applying for m&a
I was wondering if I apply for M&A (corp fin) does that mean that I have to do some underwriting process as well or can i just focus on M&A?

Don't worry, you won't have to do any underwriting in M&A, which will let you focus 100% of your time on making sure all the font sizes in the memorandum are correct, all the bullet points in your pitch book are exactly lined up, and the CAGR lines on your graphs are exactly the right shade of green.
I actually spent today doing this.
Oh wait that's what I'm doing right now at 5 am.
i personally use 48 128 48 green for my CAGR lines
God I hate using custom colors.
Our firm has 5-6 custom colors we use for everything, and you have to manually enter them every time you work on a different document.
When I wanted to get into banking, I did not think of ever doing such work on a regular basis.
Color schemes? You realize you can save down custom color schemes and set them to default, right?
