Appraisal process
I have my annual review at the end of the week and have to identify performance objectives for the next 12 months. I’ve heard that the larger banks have set objectives for each level (e.g. analyst 1/2/3 etc) and was wondering if someone at one of the larger banks who has been through this process may be able to share (whether on this post or via PM) what these objectives are.
I’m at the analyst 2/3 level.
