At RBS there is a dedicated team for each part of the Investment Bank (called GBM). It doesn't really matter though, because RBS' HR is absolutely terrible
Every BB separates HR functions according to not only division but seniority. There's separate HR employees for IB analysts and associates etc...
Yeah at my BB we had an HR manager solely dedicated to ER campus hires.
