Are phone interviews candidates selected on a rolling basis for summer internships ?
Hello,
I'm new to WSO so I'm sorry if the post is not in the right forum.
However, I recently got invited for a phone interview at Morgan Stanley for a summer internship in London and I have no other choice than choosing one of the last interview dates available. Will the candidates getting a phone interview before me have an advantage (rolling basis) ?
Thanks in advance for any answers.
I don't know how MS handles this, but we have a simple list and HR randomly matches candidates with interview slots. There is no pattern about it.
