It looks like from the board a lot of people are interviewing already (talking about US positions) but aren't a lot of people still on winter break? I know for my school the resume drop isn't at least later this week. It seems early for interviews??

I'm still on winter break, but the first day I get back (next Tuesday), I have 4 interviews.
My resume drops aren't until end of the month. So I guess not.
I think it really depends on the school. I go back next week and have a few lined up. But I don't think schools would hold them before students got back on campus.
